I have been practising yoga with Devna for more than 6 months now and have been enjoying it very much. Not only is Devna very pleasant and nice but also a very experienced Yoga practitioner herself and that makes it very easy to learn from her. I was an absolute beginner when I started and Devna has been able to guide ... and teach me very well and patiently. The classes with her always have a structured beginning of warm up and stretching followed by the middle section where she pushes me and where we are working hard together and an end where she makes sure we cool down and relax properly. I love that she respects my pace of doing the asanas / yoga postures but also encourages me to challenge myself. My strength, flexibility and agility have improved since I started practicing Yoga with Devna. I have every intention of continuing Yoga with Devna, as much as I can.
